Founder & Executive Producer

Randi is a native of Los Angeles and a graduate of the University of Southern California's school of cinema. She spearheaded several high profile production companies, running their music video and commercial divisions, where she executive produced 1000+ productions.

In 1997, she founded RW media and never looked back. RW Media creates innovative visual experiences (music, pop culture, sports, fashion, lifestyle, etc.) 

Randi specializes in managing Directors, Animators, Immersive and AI Artists, as well as Live Concert Multi-Camera Production. She is a seasoned Producer, Executive Producer, Connector, Strategist, Lecturer, and Curator overseeing a broad range of visionary media, including music videos, branded content, live concerts, animated films, art installations, global tour visuals, projection mapping, music documentaries, and immersive experiences. 

Randi has been a guest lecturer in the film, music, and immersive departments at many universities, including Otis College of Art and Design, USC, UCLA, University of Texas - Austin, Loyola Marymount University, as well as international conferences.

The scope of her work ranges from Metallica to The Weeknd, Sabrina Carpenter to the Smashing Pumpkins, Hermes to Converse, Tokyo Lights to Let’s Glow San Francisco, and The Sphere to Coachella. Her work has been Grammy, Emmy, MTV, Clio and Sundance nominated and award-winning. She's passionate and inspired by the many transformative experiential and immersive possibilities. Her mantras are “Be curious” and “If you build it, they will come.”
